Due to the number of parts on my ride from so many different years and makes, I call it Frankenstein
Early Ford bumpers, track T style 4 spoke steering wheel, Bomber seats fashioned like those used in the P-40 Warhawk, licensed as a 67 but the body is a 66, has 58 year model tail lights and a 54 year model hood. It is a non Hamb type that shall not be mentioned.

I didn't name it but my COE in my avatar has become known as "the big Kahuna" by all my buds. I guess it kinda fits it.

My daughters have named my rides Herbert, Henrietta, Harvey, and Hank.

They've already told me - next up: Hendrik and Harold.

  7. I'm with you! I had "the stude" and now I have "the dodge". If I were to have two of the same make, I would probably use a color such as "the purple stude". If I keep it simple, my wife can understand and be in the right car at the right time! "We're taking the purple stude to the car show tomorrow", this she can comprehend! LOL

My Shoebox project is going to be named "The Penny Pincher" , because it will be copper-colored (like a dirty old penny) , and it's being built by me , on a shoestring budget (i.e. pinching pennies to build it) .

My current roadster build has changed direction a few times - If it gets a name I'll probably go with "The Afterthought Special"....

When I had my '49 Chevy truck, it was just ol truck. When I got my '36 Ford pickup done, ol truck became blue truck and the '36 was gray truck. Now the blue truck is gone and I'm working on a Henry J gasser that is just Henry. I may have it lettered " Red Ball Express" when it's done.

    Lazy Daisy

Name comes from a 1941 Artie Shaw orchestra #1 hit "Daddy". Fits her well:

My daily driver is a 2007 Dodge Charger but the "g" in the emblem is broken and it looks like it reads "Charcer", so it's The Charcer.

I just sold a 1994 Jeep Cherokee I drove to death that was known as "The Dog Fetcher".

PENNY- When I bought my 57 Dodge about 6 years ago it was a metallic copper color and I was thinking of names. My Dad and I threw around the name Penny a couple of times and when I removed the bench seat on the initial tear down, there was a perfect little wheat penny dated 1957, that had to have been put there on purpose when the seat was last out. it was a sign and from then on she was Penny. Though the name is not real fitting anymore since she is flat black.
