I know the main subject car is a Lincoln, what is the white car beside them? Pic from the front, white car on left looks like a 57-60 Desoto/Mopar? I'm guessing 57 DeSoto. Other pic from passenger side shows a squarish 2dr ht, mid 60's, I'm thinking 65 Ford?
Phillips is right on the galaxie, but that blue Chrysler looks like it has a back door handle to me?! The picture is blurry. Definitely a Chrysler though.
The Lincoln with the roof cut off is a '58. Not a '57 Lincoln Landau. In the second photo, the Lincoln is a '58 as well, according to the dash and steering wheel
White land yacht is a 1961 Chrysler Imperial. The blue four door with the roof hacked off looks to be a 1958 Lincoln. The white convertible is also a Lincoln by the look of the horn button.
the Galixie is definitely a a 65' its the hard top and not a "post" I have the same model but a higher factory option model, the other? no idea
Au contraire, from Wikipedia "For the 1955 model year, the Imperial was launched and registered as a separate marque, apart from the Chrysler brand. In 1971 the deck lid badge said, for the first time, "IMPERIAL by Chrysler" 1975 was to be the last year of the independent Imperial marque" It would be like saying a Lincoln is a Ford, although Ford would never say Lincoln, by Ford.
If you look at google images for '65 and '66 Galaxie 2 dr hdtps, you'll see that the front edge of the C-pillar on a '65 is straight (like the one in the photo) but the front edge of the C-pillar on a '66 has a slight curve to it. As has been stated already, Imperial was a separate make (and not a Chrysler) from 1955-1975 (and then again from 1981-1983). When Chrysler Corp. made it a separate make in 1955, they had hoped to compete with Lincoln and Cadillac with their ultra luxury cars. It's kind of like the Continental Mark II, manufactured in 1956-57, which was NOT a Lincoln but a separate make. In fact, the '58 Mark III, even though it used the Lincoln body, was still officially a Continental and not a Lincoln. The Continental division was folded into the Lincoln division after the '58 model year.
