Technical Mystery parts, cowl vent and sheet metal

I'm trying to identify two parts, a cowl vent and a pair of body panels. Note spring on side of vent. 18" long. (Images attached)
These are from an estate that I'm helping sell a few parts.
I'm not positive they are from the same vehicle. Color looks similar.
I thought if cowl vent could be identified then perhaps other parts would be easier. (If same make)
Know what sheet metal is, or application?
