Well, she's not my wife yet, but my girl always just says "what are you doing, oh wait let me guess you're on the hamb again"... she doesn't care she supports it, it beats a whole lot of stuff i could be doing.

Not only that she TELLS me to buy more cars!!! Yup she's a keeper

 

So, that's why I don't have a wife! Note to self, stay off HAMB, get dayshift job= find wife. Oh forget it, just build the Hot rod first, at 47 who'd want me!

 

That's funny. I myself am taking a verbal beat down tonight for being on the HAMB. Well what else am I gonna do fiqure skating isn't on?

My wife likes the Hamb cause I'm happy again. I never really thought about it but I guess she's right. I smile all the time now, I got a cool hot rod! Thanks Rayn and the Hamb!

 

My wife goes to bed way before I do. She usually tells me, "Make sure you come in from the shop early enough to eat dinner and read on the HAMB". She totally gets it.

My wife use to dog me about being on the H.A.M.B. all the time..... Well she went from the Facebook Farm thing to the Sorority Life thing, now she kind of leaves me alone now.

 

My wife loves me reading the Hamb and working on old cars. She says it keeps me from drinking too much!

My wife is cool about the car disease, most of the time I'm Hamb Jiving she is making dinner. Last wise crack was " You didn't get another car did you?". Yeah, why? "It, it.....the garage was only empty less than 48 hours from the last sale". I told her before that the first wife is gone and the cars are still here, a few girlfriends are history and the cars are still here.....she said what 's the point? No point I'm just saying.

 

My chick said this: "Hot and manly boys". All i could do is laugh. She really loves this stuff but just dosent understand.

 

Wow, I thought I was the only one! My wife will come around and surprise me trying to catch me looking at porn! ha ha ha....

 

The GF thinks that old cars are irresponsible and damaging to the environment, but she is happy that I bore others with my drivel, instead of her. Probably going to have to do a trade-in soon.

 

My wife doesn`t mind me being here. She tells me to have fun until I can get my garage and my hotrods back.
Then it will change to "When are you coming in from the garage?"

 

Definition for WIFE, wonderful intelligent female enjoyment, scored a few points on that, it went over well! She is great but just has not graduated from the Red Street Rods yet, doesn't understand non-shiny, old patina, some of my stuff is ugly according to her. At a car show its red, red ,red ,red ,red. She has a 68 Corvette and at least it is Maroon.

 

My wife would never make such a comment, of course she can't see my computer from the kitchen so that may be why.

 

This is why all wives should "put up" with the HAMB - even if they don't get it! Keeps the man happy! Okay, I'm going back to MY SIDE now . . . and banjeaux bob, you can do whatever the hell you want with the seat as long as I don't have to clean it.

 

My wife has shortened in up a bit and justs asks if I am getting my "HOKEY ASS" again.

 

The only time my wife gets mad about me being on the HAMB is when I'm late fixing her supper.

My wife always complains that I'm always on the computer looking at rusty cars or reading car parts catalogs. My daughter likes the Hamb because it has the word ass in it.

 

My wife has a keen interest in our cars, so much so she owns several and this summer it looks like she will be cruising round in a better ride than me !!!
Therefore she fully understands the HAMB , enough to join up herself (Lil Red Coupe on here).
