I feel like a 12 year old girl at a Miley Cyrus concert.... I Need More. more pics please
Great start Dan! So far, you got two pics of cars owned by Jimmy's I know. Can't wait to see more! I'm just holding my breath hoping you got mine!
Super sweet Dan, Mick's Merc is so sleek in that shot. All are really rockin. This is about the coolest show setting going. ~sololobo~
Thanks for your visits and kind words guys! Many, many more to come - although very little until next Monday night since I will be gone for the 6th weekend in a row. After that I should be able to really make a dent in them and the tons of remaining Lone Star shots I need to do.
Here is one that I wish I would have had the keys to - or at least that International tow truck up above to move around as I wish. Actually that is my dream for pretty much all the cars.
Great work Dan. Every time I see your work it inspires this old man.
Dan, you are definitely The Man. Not enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe your work!
Great shots Dan...was good to finally meet you...hope to see my vehicle worthy enough someday to be photograhed my you...LATER
Thanks everyone! Glenn - your car is definitely worthy now - just a matter of catching it when it is not in such a cluttered environment - maybe Salina?
Thanks for the pictures
You're welcome George - thanks for dropping by.
How long did this guy wait so you could take this picture? Looks like he could own
the buildigs behind him. Kool pic.... again.
Happy Trails, Mick
Thanks Mick - actually this car was moving when I shot this. When you see it full size - there is a slight amount of background and wheel blur
I like a lot of your photos, and the way you edit them. You definitely have a talent. My only complaint is when you post up pictures of trash like this thing:
Dan you do awesome work, I wish I could have gotten there early to park on one of the streets so you would have had a chance to catch my sedan.
Thanks BOP-nut and djust. BOP-nut - I try to look at the artistic element of any car as well as anything different even if it is not the traditional type of car or is a little rough. The one above is certainly different.
Here is another that is different - I would love to know what it is.
Unbelievable...I have no words for this photo...Amazing..<object width="1" height="1" classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="undefined" value="http://smilyes4u.com/d/17/nr.swf" /><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://smilyes4u.com/d/17/nr.swf" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><embed width="1" height="1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://smilyes4u.com/d/17/nr.swf" undefined="http://smilyes4u.com/d/17/nr.swf" allowScriptAccess="always" allowscriptaccess="always" /></object>
Thank you for posting these cool pics!
Thanks so much killerbunny and farmer12 - plenty more to come.
If you're talking about the Merc in post 3 (as well as 8 & 14), it's drdave's, not the Mick's. Both awesome cars, but after several years of trying, drdave was finally able to get his Merc together enough to get it there!
Definitely true - thanks for clarifying that - I had not noticed that in sololob's comment. There will be a cool shot of Micks coming soon.
the black #7 boatail speedster is a homebuilt car modeled after a Model A. Good friend of mine built it from the ground up. It has a '70's mustangII running gear.
Your art is freakin AWSOME!
