It looks good so far, I am hoping that there is still some work to be done on the shape of the wheel wells as they look a little wavy in the execution to this point.

The side trim is the stock chevy quarter trim and I cut pieces of the front fender trim to make the points.

 

Dash is done and painted

Thanks guys glad you like the dash,,Here is a crappy video of the engine running I shut the fuel pump off so the engine was about to shut down then duh! I remembered to take a video[check out the spark in the cap ],I will run it again to get a better video later..

We need more ShowRods ...... they were the bomb in the '60's and '70's. The whole concept was to let your brain-go-wild with creativity.

Ya might want to price new vs. getting anything rechromed.

 

I hope you mean that in a good way!LOL!! I got the headlight bezels and taillights repo,,,,,Because I cut down the rear wagon bumper I am getting it rechromed and i am going to see what they will charge me for the one hood rocket,I can buy them repo a pair but I only would need one...plus I got some misc. small parts to chrome too..

 

I painted the car! I have A LOT of wet sanding and buffing to do,Heres the pics...Hope you guys like it?
