We have bought a new tool to our little work shop
I new AC/DC tig
My sisters son Andreas is trying it on a stainless pipe.

I have assemble little more parts on the flathead to my shoebox
The 3-71 blower is on the flathead
And i have put on the multirib belt to the motor
The belt is to a Ford Mondeo
I were on Biltema and messure the belts to i found one that was enough long to my aplication.

Isn't the contact area of the drivers side water pump a bit too little?
Yes it's little but it is the strech side i belve that should work
If it don't do it ther's a posibyty to mount a wheel more and a longer belt

Nice work! I really like the flathead and your home made tools. Do you have any more pics and info of that blower intake manifold? I may have missed it earlier since I jumped around abit.
Dude made his own steering wheel, mufflers, wind-wing frames, steering column, intake, roof ETC...simply amazing! what's next? Subscribed.
Not on the shoebox but shall take care of little later then the oval is not all over the space in the garage my sister son have working hard on it so it will hopefully come togther soon

Sorry about the VW,too bad that kind of setbacks will slow your progress.
Stefan - WTF happend with that VW ?!?! I know , obviously it caught fire , but what's the story & what was the cause ?? What a damn shame !
Sorry about the vw, i have a soft spot for them.Engine fire it looks like. I had a few bugs and there wiring is less than desirable. Would that be about right?
By the way, your talent is second to none, Great job.
There was a carburator burn in it and don't develop so werry well
But the car is restorble but need a lot of new parts
we hav blasted the body and i have fix most of the big parts that are missing to it
