I have build little more on the flathead

I shall have studs to the heads so now are they on place

the blower mainfold must be assembe to the motor before the heads

I have made a plug from a M12 bolt to the fuel pump push rod hole

My sisters son Andreas help me with blower mainfold.

    the manifold is one place

the navarro heads is on the flathead

Water pumps is bolted to the engine

    The heads shall be torqued.
I seen that the alu head shall have diffrent torquy settings than the cast heads
Is there anny how knows how mutch is the right to my navarro heads?

Torque spec on aluminum heads is 40 lbs, Stefan.......don't overdo it......and there is an order to tightening them down......you start in the center and work your way out...

There's diagrams in a lot of books on the order of tightening the head nuts...

I have put in a extra wheel to get more angel around the crank pully

The blower is approx 8% overdrive if i rember right
The picture make the diffrece wrong
so the blower pully is smaller than the crank pully

Your engine looks great, been enjoying this thread a lot, thanks.

Is that a single serpentine belt runing everything?
