There's a HAMB emeritus that would want us to ask the wheel and tire sizes.

  2. That’s a good question, but these tires and rims are just to move it around...I’ve not got to the rims and tire sizes just yet but I’m going skinny on the front and slightly fatter on the rear

  3. I thought I would update photos of the 32 before we start the work on it again...the blue tape is just to see how it might look with the hood in place.

  4. I looked at this car like two or three years ago! It was at a corvette place up in Anaheim. My buddy was interested in a 55 handyman wagon, but was in quarantine because he just had a stem cell transplant, so he asked me to go check out this wagon for sale at the corvette place. When I was there we went on a little tour of the place, and he took us to a storage area, and thats where I saw your car. It had Hurst air heart disc on the front, a goofy parallel leaf set up out back, I think the wood was missing or maybe some of it was there. I am very happy to see this thing has not been street rodded!

  7. 3B717920-519F-49A4-9F73-40F7B43DC982.jpeg Yes, my 33 was so low my head stuck out of the roof, and I’m only 6’ 2”. So I traded that for a couple of projects (see the link to the 33).
You car looks so similar to mine, it’s uncanny...even the rims are the same except I’ve not fitted mine yet or painted them black.

Thanks for the photo, look forward to seeing more of your car.

  9. Hi Dean, I'm hoping to have some more photos next week on the project. I'll be back in CA in late June or early July so will do a proper update then. I'm looking forward to finally driving it for the first time.

  13. Back in April I came to the realization that I’m never going to finish all of my car projects, so it was time think about selling some of them. The first one was my 1932 Ford, 3 window coupe with a flathead V8 and triple carbs. An all steel body, has always been an Orange County car, so rust free from being in CA all it’s life. We think it was first customized in the late 60’ or early 70’s as it had a sticker from a car show in the early 70’s. It sold within 2 days of posting it and gone to someone that will finish the restoration. I look forward to the finished car. 65478740-2AF3-483B-A225-93EA3F98CCED.jpeg
