Thanks for posting the pics.
I'll bet if I was younger, better looking, skinnier, richer, and had a personality you might divorce your garage!! Keep up the great work!! Pete
Love your car!
You're building the same style of Merc engine that I'm currently building for my 32 Cab . . . if we were in the same country, our cars would look very good together (would be a great picture). I'm doing a very similar build style - working to make almost everything pre WW2, accept the Eddie Meyer manifold was probably made about 46 or so. Whups . . . there is the 4 1/8 Merc crank - had to sneak that in now didn't I! Hey, at least I'm running full-floater 21A rods and not just buying H-beams cause they're easier.
I'll be putting all the fenders back on mine, as the guy who originally built it before the war ran them - so I'm going to honor his car/style the way he left the car (I figure I'm just a temporary caretaker).
Here is my 32 Cab - with the 59AB that came in it . . . have had fun driving the old girl around. Can't wait for the new engine and dropped front axle to get into it.
Thanks guys, for nice comments Your 32 convertible looks nice She will look great with the fenders back on! Maybe one day, I will be able to take a trip "over there to the promised land" to some good hot rod events, and do some junkyard safari
That's a great looking roadster. Awesome job.
Very, very, very NICE!!!!
