T[IMG]oday I put four original springs back into the rear pack.
Way better yet supported ride, and the fenderwell opening is now "fist high"

Joe Cool Hotrod you can't beat a ride in a roadster with a flaty 3 speed trany and banjo rear end...... I'll be watching how you change your windshield because I need to do the same. Later Bruce

Washington blue, then a shitload of black added, then a little more!

Mitch can give a more exact answer on the color.

  16. Just plain BITCHIN!!! Makes me want to redo mine.

Glad the purists didn't bang you for the few concessions the previous owner made. It's a cool ride.

I tried to put it in the appropriate forum, as in styled. Let's just keep the talk of the heated seat kit quiet.....

    Thanks for all the compliments.

On the color, I went to the paint store and picked just about the darkest solid blue color that i could find. After a few trips back to the paint store to darken it up, he just gave me some black toner in a can. I ended up using all of it. I am by no means a painter. But, I do have a very patient friend that works at the paint store.

Well I've racked up a couple hundred miles on it.
Its been tough driving it much as I drop off my four boys at school on my way to work and we can't all fit in it.
But this last week and next week has / will work well as school is out.
This pic was taken Christmas day. Shortly after the pic I got nailed by a bird from overhead.....

I am working on another Coupe right now so I haven't had much time to think about modifying the stantions yet. I do plan was on making an adapter to run a banjo wheel on the existing column.

Thats awesome, we had a great time. Our friend. Nick had been there years back. It was Mitch and I's first time.
Was a pleasure meeting Jack as well.
