Guards all done now, not perfect but happy with result as it was my first attempt ( I was going to have some made for me - but glad I gave it a go ). Recently put engine back together with new gaskets, today I will install engine and box for the final time, a few pics. Glen P1010589.JPG P1010593.JPG P1010595.JPG

Been working on trunk ( boot in Aus ) area lately including fuel filler tube, nearly there, also built a power rack as local gym closed - unable to use yet as I tore a rotator cuff by falling off my KTM 300 stupidly, a few pics. Thanks Joe, I am happy with what I have done over the past 6 weeks, I have now finished and painted the trunk sheet metal panels. Just waiting for fuel tank to be tested and certified before I can assemble for the final time. Now working on finishing the cabin area including dash and painting seats etc. Glen

Trunk area finished now, tank certified and holds 68 litres ( approx 18 gallons ), sanded and clear coated seats, installed roll cage and now working on cabin area. Also needed to add bar to chassis under engine for registration. A few pics, Glen P1010638.JPG P1010636.JPG P1010635.JPG P1010639.JPG P1010632.JPG P1010629.JPG

Nearly finished interior panels, recently cut hole for gear shifter, made access hole for master cylinder, today I made kick panels - the left one will house the fuse panel and the right one is recessed to provide more clearance for throttle activation.
