Just did this for a new TV show called Caffeine and Octane... will be on Velocity Channel. And yes this used to be a teal color and was for sale here on the HAMB for a while. The new owner is Chris Saint Clark from Nashville. If you want over the top........... its kinda my thing !! https://www.facebook.com/hotrodwalt/ Or if you want some rock n roll..... i got that to http://www.psychodevilles.com
I think you need a new name for it though...Flame Job, just doesn't do it justice. How about Inferno Job! Very Nice!
I think your responsible for everyone in 3M's masking tape division getting there Christmas bonuses. love the flames.
Flames and Mercs , two of my favorite things! I can never get my customers to go that extreme. they always want just the nose into the doors. That or ghost flames that are almost invisable, which I won't do anymore. To much effort for so little effect. Very nice job!
Having been involved with several flame jobs, I know how much time goes into masking up smaller jobs. How long did it take to mask this one?
Being on Velocity doesn't say much for it tho...They must have the dumbest producers with such silly plots
Nice flow, very consistent. I've done a few, but this Merc is 'off the hook', 'over the top', and 'extreme'. More fire than 'previously experienced'. Whilst taping my '36 Five window, getting ready for 'fogging': "Did you fingernail ALL the edges?" "Yeah, Ma..." ...Can't imagine answering up on this Merc!
Until I got to the last picture, I thought the car was originally gold and you just painted in the black....less paint.
