It was the 36 Ford owned by George Poteet and built by Pinkees Rod Shop

 

Great job on the pics, Richard... I liked the way you laid it out and thanks for NOT taking pics of every single car, just the deserving ones, pretty much the ones I think I would have taken... Also, Nice pics of Philips #7 black coupe (I watched that one being built)... BTW: I slid in on Thursday with a couple of photographers I know, just got lucky I happened to be with them that day (we were all in my truck and happened to be fairly close to the show) when they got the call, come up to gate #1 and drive right in... We were all pretty much in aahw at the juice another one of our friends Must have...

 

Thanks, your post reminds me that I didn't finish this thread, I have more pics from after I left the Model A display. I'll have to get back on this.
