Is your 3 window story the same as the 5w? Congrats!

i think that every single thing about this car is cool. the vent windows, dash, divider, fenders, bumper, taillights.. EVERYHTING! I wouldnt touch it, just get it running and drive that ol' gal.

  9. First off... great find and congrats! To answer your question... I have a stock 350 sbc in front of a 39 3-speed and stock Banjo rear in my 28 Model A (avatar pic). It drives just fine, but if you "rip" on it... something will break.

    Wow, a 3/w and a 5/w. That's a better pair than a 3/w and roadster.

FWIW, I'd ditch the spare carrier and windshield split. Add 16" www's/caps n rings and a 265/early 283 (staggered valve covers), go through the brakes/suspension and drive it.

that is one nice find , keep it as it is with the fenders , the stock 3 speed and banjo will hold up all day long if you drive it as is if you plan on jousting with it you might get breakage , that car spells cool, kool, all day long if you need a 265 give me a shout does it still have the v/8 adapter , i think i have one of them also , you got a good one there you the man

No, I don't have the adaptor...I have already searched the classifieds & pm'd a few to see if any are available. If you have one, I am interested!

I couldn't wait to get the fenders off of it & it takes too much time to unbolt them....just kidding. The previous owner layed the chain across the fender while I was operating the winch...my winch cable is around the axle. No harm done.

I'm very happy for ya, really. SBC all the way. It's how it was so why the hell not. I also see it with early Vette wheel covers. Not sure which ones but the full wheel cover and wide whites. They look perfect on a Deuce coupe set up like yours. Again I'm really happy for ya...and fuckin hate ya at the same time!!:D:D:D:cool:

    CONGRATULATIONS ...

    I know you already have a 32 3W coupe, a 32 Tudor sedan and now the 5 window .

In addition to all the other neat stuff you have :D :D

I only have a pair of 32 Fords ... but rest assured ... they are better than money in the bank. Now you need a roadster, a Victoria and a cabriolet :)
