Hi guys, figured i'd post a few pics of the 29 pickup i recently bought. still has the motor trans and most of everything else with it. The owner said it had been stored in the same spot since they built the barn in the 70's. Gonna get on it when i get my other project buttoned up.

Great find!!! The biggest problem with truck is they are REALLY cramped for seating and inside cab size. Work out what you can live with in comfort and driveabilty before you get into the build, I'm just saying. BILL RINALDI

Good looking survivor. The sun visor is for a 30 31 model. All the repo houses sell the correct one. Appears you might be missing the correct metal header panel that the visor is hiding. The repo ones aren't very good quality and original ones are hard to come buy that aren't all rotted out.

Do a clone of Jake's (as in Pete and Jake's) old pickup and you'll have the coolest PU around.

Thanks everyone, we got fuel sys cleaned out and new battery and it fired right up. I'm fairly small and actually it's pretty comfy after I get in through door opening lol. The truck was actually in east Iowa , made the 2k mile round trip and picked it up. Scored the truck for 1600 and delivered a small yard tractor with loader my uncle sold a week before to a nearby town an covered 75% of my trip cost so I got pretty lucky a's he had sold tractor after I bought truck. Will post some more pics when I get a chance to take a few.
