Do a quick check to be sure you have them turned on. 3" down from the top of the page are 6, dark gray, shield shape "ribbons". The far-right one has a 'lighting bolt' graphic. Put your cursor over it and a smallish drop-down window should open..... In the lower right corner of the window, drag your cursor and click on "Alert Preferences"....... and that takes you to the Alert Preference page. For example, on mine, they are all selected so I get all 'Alerts'.
