That's a fine looking stable of cars that you have there. Good taste is not aquired , you either have or you don't , and you have it !
Thanks for the kind words. I've been lucky in life with my choices of cars and how I do them. They're not everyone's cup of tea but that's what makes the world go 'round. I believe you and I are buddies on HUB Garage as well. I admire your work also........Mike

Nice!! A 59 El Camino is one of those on my bucket list....
Mr. Farris, I put pics of the A/C setup on my thread.
I really love the stance! Great ride!
Damn it dude I lost a ebay bid on Big Brake optioned Dog dish caps like yours on ebay for $45.00. They were in ok shape with some dings but still....
What is the 1% not finished?
I think the only thing I would change is the name on the title.
Boy you have good taste!
I like all your rides.
I think the 1% might be finished by now.. He's replacing the seats upholstery.
Wow! Nads' A/C HTR system, is nothing like yours. I'm curious how many htr options there are for '59.
Jeffrey, the problem is with dented ones is that they're not aluminum or stainless so you need to have them re-chromed after removing the dents. The bigger problem is when you have dents on the cross flagged face, they're impossible to repair without pecking out and grinding out the indented flags.I'd already tried several sets of caps from eBay but they could not be saved. Luckily the sellers took them back and they only cost me postage. They are plentiful at the $45.00 figure because they're junk. eBay photos hide a lot. Around here it's not cost effective to bump them out then have them re-chromed and re-painted. I was lucky enough to find N.O.S. ones.
