  2. Wow! That thing is down! I like seeing the cars in the middle of the build like yours. Nice frame work, did they build the arch out of flat plate and weld it together or was that box and they bent it? Very solid car. Is it winter down under? Does it really get cold there? Snow? There's no ride like a low ride!!

    beautiful notch !

  6. The Chassis has been blended into the notch to make the flow of the arch some what original, they started with 5 ml plate rolled and plasma cut the shape and weld it from the inside and out side and from the bottom of the original chassis they back cut it and spot welded the old to the new for extra strength.. I will post pics of when the floor and tunnel is done, it will look like its a factory option when finished...

    Those cars are awsome slammed

  8. I saw your thread over at ozrodders.

I just love those those 53/54 hardtops. I'd have one over a tri 5 any day. and I'm a sucker for the in-line 6 as well. :)

Thats a pretty slick looking and well executed rear C notch. What have you got planned for the body? Mild custom? or something a bit boulevardo? (LBCC) :D

The lower the better for the 53. Thats a nice ride you got there. Post some pictures of the rear links when you get them installed.

That's impressive to say the least! I guess it's safe to say that they've done this before??

Sweet work, and I bet your keeping your back seat. Nice. Can I assume (gasp!) some seasoned mini truckers were involved?

Super neat work. 53-54 hardtops are nice kustom material. Is this a recent buy? I remember seeing one a similar colour for sale not that long ago.

  24. I bought it last January...here in Melbourne..
