Projects my 53 chevy 150

    this is my 53 chevy 150 working progress. traded aBone stock 1925 model T for this car

    When i got this car i traded my stock 1925 model T roadster pickup for this 53. when i looked at the car i saw it in the dark i knew it as a 53 but far as i knew i thought it was a 210 or belair i didn't pay attention to that.... i get the car home and a week later i notice the back windshield didnt look right and i wasnt 100% sure what it was. i look it up and i have a 150... but my plans for the car is the get the air suspension done and working and drop a motor in just to get it going and driveable.

    yeah it is and thanks alot means alot wasnt to sure how they were gonna turn out when i did them

    started on bagging the front end today will be getting different bags most likely but the ones i have now will work to roll it around..

    It won't finish itself< well thats what the keep telling me.
    I had hoped that if I talked to it enuff it might, like christine, but sofar the wife just looks at me funny.

    for got to post the picture with the pass side done. i haven't jumped on the other side just yet its been to damn hot lately waiting for my garage fan to show up!

    I rewired mine, just take your time, wire one thing at a time them put everything in loom, I do recommend using the correct colors as the factory or at least make your own color chart for each wire.

    yeah i bought a wiring kit for this car im still eeh about it haha but i know i can pull it off i have two other cars i need to rewire as well ill learn it quick

    well this sucks this cars gonna take alil longer to put together i got the new rear end yesterday nice 10 bolt but money was short and i had to go back to long haul trucking to support my habit. :(

    Sorry all i havnt been home latly to work on the 53 but i got alot done the past few days got the new rearend loosely in just waiting for all my 4 link bars c notch and brackets and what not to do the rear i got all the new fittings and airlines ran it holds air now im waiting for my new oilpan and stuff to show up s i can drop the new motor in i have a car show this weekend im gonna take it to hopefully i get a good response.

    Car show went pretty damn good today about 100 or so cars there i won Best in Progress Award. pretty stoked now back to the garage i go to finish her up!
