What every you do don't listen to those people. Continue on, building your car your way! Great choice for a power plant. Great build all around, really like it! Can't wait to see it finished.

    Good for you!

I'm building a 1925 Acme and I want a small engine, but everyone is hounding me to put some undriveable big engine in it... Or they all say 350... not going to happen.

FRAME IS PAINTED!!!!!!! Frame has color and clear on it just needs the front section cut and buffed and I can start to assemble it. Comes home Sunday body should be getting blasted next week so that can get going in the mean time I will get the rolling chassis completed. I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel

Sweet! Wow that thing looks clean! Is that primed or just the water from the blasting?

Made the grill insert today I used some stainless interweave lock crimp mesh it is a dead on match to the original insert in the opening size and wire diameter. I was worried that it would unravel as I cut it but it held together fine

This week I hope to get the trunk and underside of the body primed and put the bedliner on the underside then it is all ready to go for paint as soon as my spot opens up at the painters

I got mine from a place called Pennsylvania wire works a 4x4 piece was 65.00 shipped only issue I had was they rolled it up to fit I a smaller box so I had to run it through some rollers to flatted it out. I thought I might have to pollish it but it looks great as is
