Projects My 30 Model A Coupe Build

    Been gatherin parts , don't have much to start from got this cowl off a Doodlebug and the rear coupe section I thinks a Willys

    plans are make a frame and run a v-6 and trans from a 86 dodge , hi-boy look

    got most the body lifted up with a floor jack and some hammer work


    heres a pic I nabbed off the Web , the look and stance Im going for, no chopped top, may go 3 window style , Ill build all the missing sheetmetal, custom as the rears not a Model A , no this is not going to be a RatRod

  2. good luck! you have lots of work to do. but I have seen worse saved. I could do it my self but I know it can be done.

    Did you look at that crushed top and quarter and think...."yeah, I can fix that"...? Amazing..!

    I grabbed it at a swap meet cause it was solid metal. wasn't all rusted out like a lot of old metal, I didn't even know what make it was when I got it, Im 50 yrs old and have been a metal fabricator for ever used to work in a Auto body shop

    got the basic frame mocked up

    all the running gears from a 86 Dodge Dakota pickup :eek:
