Posted some pictures yesterday but pulled for some reason? Maybe because one of the stock cars was newer than 1969. Anyway here are some more of the 35 or so this year. If you advance to the original thread under Daytona Beach Parade you can see some more. The guy asked what it was called back before 1959 when the speedway was built. It was "Daytona Beach Race"If you look under www.livinglegendsofautoracing.com you can join/get their newsleter and get lots of pictures of Ray Fox and others. Next best gathering and racing is at Darlington Historic Race Festival in Sept. EVERYTHING is there and running on the track!!!!
Its held every year on the Tuesday during "Speed-Week". Not the same as AACA. Also a show with many original drivers and pre '64 cars at The Lighthouse South of Daytona this Friday (13th)
