    Fellers,
I'd like to try the home white wall method.
    If a guy was to:
    A) take the wheel/tire off the vehicle,
    B) using a pair of dividers or scribing gauge, set a line on the sidewall using the wheel lip as a starting point
C)mask the line using thin 3M masking tape(as if masking off flames) then using thicker tape to finish covering the remainder of the sidewall/rim.
This might give a good, sharp edge to what seems to be a great idea you guys have posted?
    Krylon here i come...

That's how I did it, but a word of advice: give the tires a few months to air out, if they are new, or the oils in the sidewalls will turn your Krylon rings gray....

Sealbest brand white elastomeric roof coating. I've heard it referred to as Snow-Seal but I think that's a brand name. I've posted pics of my '55 Dodge elsewhere, it has wide whites made this way, I can repost a pic if anyone wants to see.

Heres a test i did with the port-a-walls...
they looked fantastic at first, but on one wheel if made a flap that i could not remove.
So i went to the grinding you can see in video above.
    Here are results.

Now the port-a-walls wotked great on the boat trailer.
    Those are 12" tires.

This is the rubber paint I used on the 55 Buick.
it does require the 'aged' tire, as a new tire yellows the white.

It does look great, and can make as wide as you like.
I prepped the tires by grinding off all the letters where the WWW was going.
I used the small 3M brillo type pads.

I'm still not happy with my 'gray' results ...now that my tires are a bit older, I think I might give this method a try....

Um...I'm pretty sure he meant he might be able to use the shroud to mask off a nice circle on his tires.
