I got the whole engine bay and engine done, now ive moved to the interior and after that i finish the bodywork! Nate
Nate, that floor looks mighty similar to the floors in my 62.....Have fun, looks like its coming together. I'm still working on that ford 6 info for you, got kinda sidetracked at the holidays....
hey looks good. I like the floor repairs good job! Whats the story with the black spots on the side, trim holes? It'll be even sweeter with some KUSTOM made WHITEWALLS, eh??? carry on............................Briggs
The black is were old rust spots were and i had the car outside for a couple days and just shot it with some spray can primer!! Thanks for the compliments, i cant wait to get it done and just kruise!!! Thanks Nate
The other black spots are from trim holes!! i thought you were talking about something else. I used the torches to weld them up and thats all the carbon from them!! sorry. Nate
nate , atta boy....job well done my man......like i told ya before..when ya get to flakin the top if ya need any advise feel free to email me or pm me ....great progress ....you should be proud ........
wow man. i am a newbie, so i have never seen the car before, but the current photos look great! remember, it doesn't have to be DONE to be a bitchin' cruiser! i would drive the wheels off of it! great stance, floors look great, engine bay looks good enough to eat off! great job. jeff
hey nate....it's sittin' nice and low man, lookin good. missed ya at the BB meeting a few weeks ago, maybe the next one. later, mike
Thanks for all the compliments, when i get the car done i plan on driving it all the time, it wont be a far weather cruiser i can tell you that!! I think that paint job i am going to do is gloss white body, red flake roof, with watson style scallops all over her!!! Thanks again Nate
hey, looking good, glad to hear you give up on the flat black with red steelies! white sounds MUCH better! but i would suggest instead of red roof, go white there too, with a generous helping of albalone flake. mmmmmm. scallops are cool, have fun.
Heres some more pics! Just finished the whole interior today, new carpet and some knobs!! Thanks for the compliments!! Nate
