Technical MOPAR HEMI Gen 2 Which engine builder?

Fellow Moparites I need your help. My last Hemi was built from an alloy block at Keith Black's place when he was still alive.
Now I need another one built. Who is the current Guru? The man who knows it all and builds a reliable street motor?
I'm willing to spend the big bucks if I can get what I want.

Fuel system: EFI ( 6 Pack EFI Mod Man/Indy or Fastman F&B 6-Pack EFI manifold ?)

Crank Trigger Ignition System ?

Turn Key, Dyno tested

Best would be a builder in California, Arizona or Nevada as I am in Los Angeles

Don't know Mopar but this guy is close to you in Riverside and has a good rep from what I hear.

I would think about using E85 for fuel

He's not in your neighborhood but you can't go wrong with Tim Banning at For Hemis Only. He really knows his stuff, and he is a stand-up guy.

Another Hemi guy who you can't go wrong is Dave Dudek. I've known Dave for 20 years, and he can really put together a killer Hemi.
