Mooneyes???

Anybody had any issues with Mooneyes lately? I placed an order over a week and half ago and the status is stuck on processing and they have not returned any emails.

I have yet to call them. every time I remember to call it is already 9pm.

I have ordered from them in the past and do not remember this kind of problem.

PS I am not calling them out. just curious if anything has been up. with the economy the way it is no telling if things are the same at any company.

Yea, they are a mess........... Is there anyone who makes a 16" and a 17" spun salt flat disc other than moon. I need some.

 

heard from the local parts supplier that they were going under, that was about a month ago, don't know personally thought

 

hmmm. I stopped in their retail store a few weeks ago and dropped a few hun on guages...

most of the time walkin is ok, order online or over phone is a waiting game........calling is a mixed bag i hear also.

 

Sounds like your order got lost in the cracks some where. A phone call would be in order with vibes of cancellation if they can't deliver ASAP.

Yup, same old same old, over a year latter and I'm still waiting on $250 bucks worth of paid for parts. Called, e-mailed, registered letters, even had some one show up at the shop, still no steering wheel and x4 breathers.

That really suck the big one ! I would call the credit card company and tell them what the heck is going on . Sometimes you can get some help that way depending on how long it's been since you paid for the items .

What ever happened to good old service for the customers ?

I always buy from the store, but living in Japan it's a little different.

 

I plced an order with them back in March. I did have to make a call to them to see what was taking so long. Kripfink is right ask for Bob!

 

I will be calling today for sure. and asking for Bob.
