Technical Mono leaf warranty info?

One of the Mono leaves in my 59 Chevy 1/2 ton broke the other day and was wondering if anyone knows who manufactures mono leaves? I believe I have read they are guaranteed for life? Anyone have experience with getting a new pair to replace a failed leaf?

Durant and Eaton makes mono springs but I have never heard of a life time guarantee with ether company. HRP

 

I've broke 2 front ones on 32's

 

Just look on your purchase receipt. What, no receipt? Why would any company give a refund/replacement without a receipt?

 

My 32 with the 392 Hemi came with a mono leaf spring. I have always wondered how safe it is.

 

I also broke one on my Deuce roadster, NEVER again!

 

I have broken two mono leafs and there is no warranty on the ones from Durant. I was able to send them the old one for analysis and they did send me a new one after examining the spring. Mine broke midway between the spring eye and center bolt... not near the center bolt. I am still using the replacement. (2 years)

 

Warrantee??? On a 59???????
If you bought the springs,,, maybe. Otherwise, you're in the market for springs.
Dont fix/weld it.
