    (2) Moe, Holding dash panel in it's correct position.
    (3) Moe showing the fuel cutoff and pressure pump.
    (4) Adapter Moe made for the steering wheel he was given.
    (5) Steering wheel assembled with adapter.
    (6) Water pump that Moe modified to work with the "B" motor.
    (7) Front of the body with the structural braces showing.
    (8) Moe holding up the column drop and tach mount. Tach is '50s vintage.
    (9) Moto Meter on plate Moe made to cover where water neck went.

Man oh Man, that is sweet. I would believe that Moe's work alone serves as a fine intro. That car has what you could imagine would happen if one of the guys in the Miller shop built his own Speedster and kept it to the quality and detail of the rigs he worked on in his day job.

Those friction shocks are really interesting but would probably blow the whole budget for one of my builds that I am gathering pieces for. Works of art there for sure.

Truly a piece of artwork. Billet or not, if it's done right it looks great.

    Keep us posted.

That is some very nice work, I love it when someone works their talent to that extent. Great Job.--TV

  10. Good stuff Moe! I like the brazed "thumb screws" on the carbs.

Update (no pix). Moe has made a nerf bar for the rear of his modified. The other porgress is doing body work. Fitted a couple of patches. Slow but sure. If we get some good progress I will get with Moe and post an update.

Most current update on Moe's Modified. He just had surgery on his left shoulder. This means no more progress for quite at least 2 1/2 months. He can then ease back into the build. He had made progress on the body work on the body. I will try and hook up with Moe on a Sat and post some pix.

Guys, Moe is kind of easing back into the build. He had a non generator that is compact so he made it tuck in close to the motor. He had also built a nerf bar for the rear. There are some other parts I am looking forward to seeing. Hope to see Moe sometime in the next week.

Brent, Thanks again for posting the latest pix ! Sorry I didn't get a better close up of the nerf bar Moe made that hang off of the quick change. Also need to get some close ups of the alternator mount. These pictures were taken at the Throttlers Picnic.

Man... he's almost done with this. What's next on his plate? He's definitely become an idol of mine. Keep taking those pics, Dave.

Brent, Thanks for posting the pix as I take them.
End of Oct update - Moe has the body of his "T" in primer. He has started blocking it and hopes to have it painted in a couple of weeks. He has the brakes plumbed. Not much left to do. I need to ask him about the header he will be building. I'm sure Moe will come up with something neat ! :)

30 Apr 11 - Update on Moe's T Modified. The body is painted and Moe has started reassembly. He is planning the header he will build. The brakes are plumbed. He still has to wire the "T" and run the gas lines. Brent has the photos and looking forward to seeing them on the HAMB !

Brent, Thanks for posting ! Car looks great. Still quite a bit of fab and finishing. L.A Roadster Show - probably not. Moe will be there selling. Will also have a "T" Touring that he is ready to pass on. All restored.
Oh, Moe has a new tank to replace the original (it's kind of beat up).

bct, Yes he does. He has the style that mounts on the dash and on the side of the body. They are hand built and they do work ! Let me know if you would like to talk to Moe.

Looks like the steering could be a bit twitchy. Is that the stndard pitman arm for that steering box?

Striper, I believe that the arm did come with a sprint car steering box. I kmow that Moe said he might have to adjust the length. Forgot exactly the reason for that.
