Technical Model T Roadster front end shake (spring reverb?)

what about your drag link? is it paralell to the bones? Are you getting a bump steer? You mentioned it feels like it's pivoting on the spring perch; is it? are the uboly tightening it down? As far as clamps on the spring pack; try some hose clamps to see.

 

I disagree that it's death wobble, but for anyone inclined to add a steering stabilizer, NAPA has the 1960 - 1978 VW stabilizer.
