well it sounds like it may work out in the end, guess that's all that matters! I just hate to hear companys act like they don't know that the internet works world wide.
This is a a bullshit way of doing things also... Who cares what motor or trans is in the car?.... You take a 32 roadster pull the motor trans and rear out of it and put a Briggs and Stratton motor in it ... It's still a 32 not a lawn mower , drive train is irrelevant... The vin is on the trans after 31 btw
That may be true, but we're still dealing with state governments, all of whom are vested in supporting bureaucracies, and none of whom give a damn about hotrodding. So, each state being unique, it really doesn't matter whether Kansas has weird or stupid requirements or not (unless you are from Kansas). For the OP and the purposes of this thread, the only regulations he needs to be concerned about are those of Indiana, where the car was purchased, and his home country.
