How did some of you install your rear window on a Tudor sedan or Coupe? I do not have the original wood. Iwas thinking about using urethane and glueing it to the opening on the inside.

    Thanks

  2. the garnish moulding holds it in with oval head wood screws into the wood around the window opening. why not glue in (maybe with pl200) some small blocks of wood where need to be?

I made a wood frame that fit around the inside of the window opening. I made the joints with nice half lap joints. Then I glued the wood to the body using a liquid nail type constuction adhesive. After it cures you can put your glass in place using the stock rubber setting and screw your interior garnish molding in place to hold the glass in.

I did my Sedan and GMC Bubbas extended cab Model A pick up this way and it has worked well.
