Roadster with a pickup box.......
Wow, nice Roadster!
Mark, you just have to crawl out from under that rock once in awhile. Highboy A's on A frames are cool!
Hahaha! /\ /\
I agree! I've spent too much time under rocks these past few lean years.
Thanks for the motivational ribbing!
Really nailed it!
New 32 frames don't do it for me... however if you happen to find a 32 moredoor with a V8 I'd help you put the Roadster body on it!
Nice picture. Great background.
Here is mine
A few more
117harv, thats my old roadster you saw..Its nice to see it again, seat cover is from my 41 plymouth.. I have it as my main photo here on the hamb..
old and new but kinda the same
Woodsie, there are some great roadsters on this thread, but yours really stops the clock for me.
That's a couple good lookin roadsters mike.
Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Highest compliment coming from a Master Craftsman, Mr. Ray (onekoolkat1950)- Thanks!
Thanks guys much appreciated. I can't what to drive it with the flathead
Me, too. Also, any advice on leaning the windshield pillars (don't guess you could really call them stanchions) back on a Cabriolet/Coupester? I figure a pie cut somewhere, just not sure how to handle the arc on the windshield frame atop the cowling.....................
I can't stop looking at this thread...
These are awesome!
I'm looking for more early 60s highboys because that's what I'm looking to build.
I need to see more like this.
Here is my roadster I recently picked up. Working in it to make it feel more like mine, but only improving mechanicals and not changing the look of the car. Roadster and sedan both on stock Model A frames.
I absolutely love that roadster! The top and frame aprons are just spot on! It could only look better in my garage! Congrats on a great score!
Here's mine 30 Frame, 30 glass body, 53 motor, 30 title, will soon be finished. A little wiring and upholstry
I love the door treatment... That coupester transitioned into a beautiful Roadster!
I love model A's of all kinds and the HAMB has thousands of threads on A's. But this is a specific thread about " MODEL A
ROADSTER HIGHBOYS ON MODEL A FRAMES"!
It's realy not that hard to understand.
Some people don't care about the topic of a thread as long as they can post a picture of their car....
I could have sworn i posted in this thread.. perhaps not since i can't seem to find my post..
Well said Wardog. Obviously Member "97" has a hard time understanding the topic of this thread.... CTJ
This is a great thread! I used to think that Model A highboy roadsters had to sit on '32 frames to really look right.
I was wrong. Many of the cars here are truly inspirational. Keep 'em comin'. Thanks!
Hmmmm, guess so. As far as I know a Model A RPU on A rails is still a Model A Roadster Highboy on a model A frame, ain't it? Yeah, I guess 'ya caught me tryin to sneak a little info in about my sport coupe.................................so KISS MY MODEL A!
