Weres that? Texas????? HAHAHA I highly dought it I usually stick to being waaaaaaay up here in the corner
The Model A swap? Maybe I'll see ya..... Sorry to hear ya won't make it to BP......I think this years is going to be better than last years!
Chris; Can't wait to see how this build developes, thought the full fendered was great, this can't miss. It kills me when you talk about your 'beaters'....to me they're dream rides!!
Remeber, 19 hours in Model A time means 42 hours Seriously, I have never even thought about going. When is it?
I hope so, last year was fun, but not HRAR fun if you know what I mean. I'm sure this year will be a blast. I'll be hanging my head at a WEDDING (not mine at least ) FLAME-AWAY FLAME-AWAY FLAME-AWAY FLAME-AWAY FLAME-AWAY FLAME-AWAY
Chris, PM me your email address. I'll include you in my updates. You're not the only one building a Model A roadster, though I'm not just bolting mine together. Doug
Doug, I thought thats all you did was wrote checks to the street rod shop and bolted shit together HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Wish I had a model A for a beater. My beater is a stupid Jap econobox that my wife won't let me sell to fund a beater because it's practical... Very jealous.
Yep. I've got a 30-31 roadster that's a pile of parts. The only thing is that I have no money to spend on a project right now. I'd have to find some 'free' doors, brake parts and some do-dads here and there to catch up with you... ...It would be a kick to see who gets done first though. "Chris vs Kris"
Yeah Chris....git yer priorities straight man!.......hahaha! BP? Wedding? BP? Wedding? Hmmmmmm......tough choice eh? haha!
Welp, I'm hoping to have mine on the road by May...maybe, maybe not. No big rush, I just don't see why I couldn't I got a head start on you, get out in the garage and get goin For what it's worth, the black 30/31 you did was such an insperation to me thats one reason this car is going "pre war". One of my favorite parts was the safty wired rear bell bolts. Thats art all in itself. That car, Amocat car and Zach Suhr's work is what I thrive on.
Yes, I have to go to this wedding. I committed to it, PROMISSING I would go before I knew the date. I truley love my Girlfriend Jamie, she puts up with A LOT of car stuff and I know if I miss that wedding she'll never let me live it down. Oh yeah Hotrod-40...whos getting married NEXT YEAR????? YOU!!!
Well, Not much progress going on. I have had the flu all week, so I just didn't do much of anything. Today I pushed my 39 coupe out of the garage to go into storage and moved the 33 into it's spot so I can have more room to work. I am officially paying to store cars, so I guess I am officially that crazy guy with too much junk! Thats about it for this update. It took me half the day to do just that, I have zero energy. I should probably just be in bed, but it's the weekend...MY weekend damn it Look for update #2 real soon (I hope )
Hay Chris, whats all that white stuff in the pictures. We just sweep off some sand down here, I bet that was fun. LOL, Ice man
Man, i cant believe i missed that you straightened out that 33. looks sweet as hell! im jealous of your roadster too haha
Are you not going to use the 32 frame under the 28/29? speaking of which, I will get those pedals in the mail this week. I've had them way to long.
