wanted to know how much engine a stock model a rad would cool? I have a number of engine options (6 or 8 cyl) but would like to use the original. Am i better off buying an aftermarket rad or having a new core soldered to my oiginal tank. thanks for the advice
I guess my question is WHY? Would you recore your old tanks and hose snouts. And non presurized rad cap. Buy aftermarket presurized design. Made to you applacation. The weakest link in most rods is that embarassing cooling systym spewing green stuff all over. Its bad enough in hot conditions overheating with the updated cooling. Just my 2cents. Cal
