    Got an A chassis yesterday, he had a pick up and a sedan, he and both As gone...
    noticed these 90* brackets just behind the pick up cab mounts...
    anyone see these before ? I think they bolt down the front of the bed... still never seen these on or off a chassis... DSCN3003.JPG DSCN3004.JPG

    That is a body support bracket is used on 1930-31 slant window 4 door sedans, vickys ,some touring cars, A400 and sedan delivery

    And after it became necessary for the above bodies, I believe it went onto all frames even though it had no function on most production.
