Your well on your way. Keep up the good work, I have been working on mine for 4 1/2 years and it is still not on the road.
Thanks for all the positive comments. The engine is a Cleveland with 3 speed toploader. Will post some more recent shots soon.
Found some more pics. Just finished painting chassis etc and its all going back together. (Chassis was designed and built by myself) Lots of learning in the process!
Been doing some more work. Mostly interior and constructing the floor etc... Made basic frame of 1x1 and 2x1 thin wall tube. Now starting to fill it in with the sheet steel
Pedals cut from 8mm steel plate (with cut off disc took freakin forever!) Converted cluch to hydraulic , and made probably the ugliest bracket you ever seen to mount the slave cyl, but it works...
Rear end is shortened 9 inch with GM brakes and axles. Shocks are Konis off e bay and attached with some custom mounts.

Some more work done in between other jobs! Sheet metal floor stitched in and interior is taking shape.
I noticed you have a quadrajet intake on that Cleveland motor... First time I seen that.. I knew Ford used quadrajet carbs on some 460's But I never seen one for a Cleveland engine..
great looking car..... but I hate to tell you that you have the steering column on the wrong side.... better send it over here and let me fix it for you.........
Yeah, came with the motor, just using a squarebore with adaptor at the moment, but a Q jet would go great on it. It is an Aussie motor, maybe that is why, I'm no expert tho
