Can anyone help me - this looks to be a 1928 68B cabriolet but has it been cut?
I want to buy it to build a hotrod but I want to be able to have a real convertible not a roadster with a top and no windows....

Doors usta have window frames, roll up windows? Looks like my 28 sport coupe.

It does look like a Sport Coupe, with the door frames cut.

    Wood framed roof, fabric skin.

Is there a metal package tray in there?

Coupe or sport coupe with the door tops cut off. The cowl is missing the beadline that a roadster has.

And the doors are way longer...

NOT a Cabriolet, the cowl is the give away feature, besides the Cabriolet came out in 1929, you are looking at a cut up Coupe. Bob

  7. Sure looks like a great starting point for a hot rod though.
