    Looking for s10 t5 transmission adapter to stock 4 cyl engine, looking for u joint yoke. adapter for model A stock rear axel , does any one make an aluminum head for model A? What's the best hydraulic drum brakes to put on stock Model A 1930? Any help wold be appreciated
     
  2. From an appearance standpoint for a flathead I like the reproduction Thomas (see photo) but there are several others out there. The reproduction Miller head is aluminum, http://millerhi-speedheads.com/learn-more.html. The best hydraulic brakes are the reproduction Lincoln Brakes, (559) 562-5840. I like working with Richard Lacy at [email protected] (mail), earlyv8garage.net (web site), (626) 338-2282, (855) 268-0325, I believe he is a dealer for them. The '40-48 Ford brakes work not quite as well but are less expensive. Within the Ford brakes the post war are slightly easier to adjust. Could you narrow down your location a little, California is 800 miles from one end to the other.

    If you buy the reproduction Lincoln backing plates slot the anchor bolt hole
