    I have not really seen this done. You see people molding in there visors, welding up some of the other seams on the car but dont really see any molding the tailpan piece. Is there a reason for this. I thought it would look good all smoothed out in the back. Any info or opinions?

    if you buy a reproduction piece you either will have to rework the stamped piece or smooth it out. I had a customers car and he had us smooth it across, didnt look bad but it looks pretty cool with the stock raised line around it
