Technical Model a brake upgrade

I have this brake assembly to use on my model a and not sure what they are. Can anyone identify them for me. Can these be set up to be self adjusting? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Scott

 

46-48 Ford.

 

40-48 Ford. Brian Bass converts them to self adjusting, self energizing brakes. If you don't know Brian, look him up on here. He just goes by the name Bass.
