Missouri H.A.M.B. folks; please read.................

thanx everyone. i'm updating the list and will send it to anyone who asks. just e-mail me at [email protected] and i'll attach the list in my response. the list is in a msword file so if you can't read msword i'll cut/paste it into the response.

 

I'm a newby here and also from Missouri.....Gladstone actually(suburb North of KC). I have toyed with a few 60's muscle cars and some late model stangs but have never chopped and channeled a "traditional" hotrod. I wish Icould meet some of you other Missouri boys personally. I would love to have somebody mentor me through the model A tudor sedan project i want to get started on. Not too many tools,space, or knowledge, but I really want to learn. I have grew up around hotrods all my life. Like most of you caught the "car bug"from my father(who is an ex-bodyman...40+yrs). It saddens me because the man wants nothing to do cars anymore. I wish it was not the case. Anyway,enough of my rambling. Look forward to meeting some of you guy's along the way.

I usually just lurk on here until i get further along on my 27 ford roadster but i'm in webb city mo

 

I am not really too far from you. We live just off of Old Bonne Terre Road at the north edge of Desloge, Bonne Terre mailing address. Anyone else from around Farmington, Park Hills, Bonne Terre, Potosi to Hillsboro?

We moved up here about five years ago and really like it better than being down in the swamp. I do miss Lambert's (my son worked there in high school) and Sikeston's drag strip though. We had a good 1/8th mile there. I wish we had one up here, but I don't think you can find a straight flat stretch 1/16 of a mile up here
