here is the progress I have made on my 54 F100 build. you will have to excuse the mess in the Jalopy Kingdom. the first three pictures is where I was at when I joined the HAMB. the fourth picture is when I finished installing the new floor boards. The last picture was a year ago when I started to build my own pickup box, all of the parts are in that picture.
here are some more pictures bring you up to today. the first picture is welding the 4-1/8 tubing to the sides I had a sheetmetal shop form for me. the second picture is making the stake pockets and shows the holes for the plug welds. The third picture shows the frame work of 1-1/2" tubing for the floor. The fourth picture shows the mockup of the rear roll pan and the fender on. The last picture is of the tailgate I just finished today. It has hidden hinges and the center is from the original tail gate. Now I have to make the hidden stops and latches, and make the openings in the rear roll par for the exhaust system. Next week I will be re roofing my house so the project will be sitting for a few weeks. enjoy the pictures
