Today the NW based Misfits held their annual Road Riot poker run. Weather was typical of the NW, rain, clouds, sun, hail and just overcast.. All within a short period of time... The entire pot is given back to the winner of the High and Low Hands plus another cash prize for a random drawing.

Have to thank all those that came out and drove the back roads with us as well as my club mates.

Here is a link to my pictures (and a few from Mrs. Boones)

    http://public.fotki.com/Boones/car_shows/misfits-road-riot-12/

and a few pictures including this years Club Pick (only trophy given out) to HAMBer 'dubcee' for his bitchen poncho powered Model A coupe running cheater slicks in the rain. Not sure if it was his efforts to make the event after breaking some parts or his ultra cool headliners. Also have to thank him for a last minute route change due to another event that took over one of our planned stops.

No, we ain't that fancy.......you've just gotta kinda know us.

Would like to thank once again all that came out and played in the rain. In typical fashion, we had to make some on the road changes due too another event taking up both parking and the restrooms at one of the stops. I've not heard any Bitch'n though and that proves what cool folks we had there. <label for="rb_iconid_10">[IMG]</label>

  22. Brian (BURRRP!) was with me at the Kustom Kulture Festival right in our own backyard!

Cant speak for him personally, but I think when his car is road ready we'll be making our way to the Misfits run next year...

Sounds like it was a lot of fun

Here is a picture of the Misfits Pick. Built by club member Mike Fry and pinstriped by our Original Misfit Jon Byers. the upper pieces are like a prop, they rotate for added fun.
