We're gonna be there. We're going to drive the truck to the Pileup this year. This show is about half way between home and the Pileup. Will make a good shakedown cruise for us. Got about 500 miles on her now but never a solid trip this far, bout 128 miles.
The flyer says camping the night before. Do many people camp out? What is the night before like, any cruising in town, hangouts? Anyone know of any motels nearby? Sorry for all the questions but I'm trying to get the details for this trip figured out.
This is the first year for the show, so Saturday night will be what everyone makes it to be. The Gilmore's approached us about throwing a show, and are pretty open about making it a good time. The gilmore museum (www.gilmorecarmuseum.org )is out in the coutryside, so there wont be much "cruising" unless you want to make the trip into K-zoo (which is only about 15min away). There's plenty of hotels around K-zoo if you dont want to rough it in camping. Downtown K-zoo has a neat historical zibe to it....so, if people really wanted to...there could be some orginized cruising/get together downtown Saturday night. Talk of the show has been brewing for a while now, and the words been out to the right players... It sounds like there's going to be some pretty serious attention from magazines, promotors, etc.

If you are selling please be at the Gates @ 8:00 Sunday or anytime the night before. ~Camping is free for everyone the night before. ~$5.00 spectator fee includes tour of Measeum all day.
