Howdy Michigan! Wanna know a secret? You didn't hear it from me but there might just be a Billetproof in the works in your neck of the woods. Right now the whole thing is at about 80% likelyhood of happening. There is a location and a possible date of Sunday June 6th. If it happens it will be at the 4H Fairgrounds in Davisburg. About 30 minutes from Detroit. I was out there for vacation and also worked on getting this to happen. From what I hear the word is already spreading out your way. Anyway, it's a still a secret. So, shhhhh.

Same as Billetproof out here. Pre '65, homebuilt, traditional style. Rust and primer are encouraged but not required. That's pretty much it.
well if all these folks show up for the show...we may just have a little impromptu car show of our own...being that it's on dort we may need to have the first ever "HOOKER-PROOF!!!" kirk, keep us posted on the billetproof shindig...we'll be there for sure.

.....ALLTHOUGH. if your doing a sunday only thing on the east side of the state this could work out allright. see the RUMBLE is a saturday show in the lower middle of the state, about 2 hours from Detroit. that could turn out to be one hell of a fun weekend!!! imagine if the out of towners stayed out this way saturday night and EVERYONE cruised caravan style to the Billet Proof show sunday mornin. a butt load of hot rods and customs all cruisin the highway. I LOVE IT!
A two show weekend sounds very cool. Hope you guys can make that happen. When is GGs Indy? Hope it's not the same weekend.
GG INdy is the following weekend, June 11th-13th. The first weekend in June is the same as the NSRA show in York, PA. Maybe the S0-What crew and friends should come to Michigan that weeekend instead of hanging out in York and NOT taking in the festivities in York.
Do ya have to pop your hood for Billetproof??? My car will definately qualify...but it may not have the "right" drivetrain! (Lots of rust...er, I mean PATINA, though!!! )
