Mexico, MO car club from 50's

Looking for information about a car club from Mexico, MO called the "Rapid Tappits" Anyone know anything?

First Wal-Mart I was ever in was in Mexico. Needed a trailer ball when ours came unscrewed in front of downtown ACE Hardware.
