The Maphis Plymouth!
I hope this helps.
Here's the link to a digger restoration project we did a few years ago - with the flaking process pretty well laid out...
Thanks fred but i cant find the flake process your talking about in the link..
The process is outlined in the photo essay - links at the bottom of the opening page...
Check out Donnie's website "Imperial Customs". I got to meet him a couple of times a few years back, his metalflake work is amazing.
You'll find some great stuff there.
Found this one on here a while back.
That green T is coooool. Like a life size Hot Wheel!

Post some pix of your roof brootal!

Dig this site www.losboulevardos.com
Pictures don't do that car justice. It's unbelievable in person.
I used HOK Abalone flake on the roof over a white base. It shines all sorts of colours from gold/green through to aqua and even a dark blue. Might look alright against the green.
Keep in mind that flake is almost impossible to photograph, so you'll have to use your imagination a little.
In this pic it looks mainly blue.
This one it's a bit more green.
And in this one it's just about a perfect match for the body, a nice aqua blue/green.
Here's a couple of shots from indoors.
My old 53.....Red & Fireball Red flake on the bottom, and some Abalone on the top.....
How about Flat green with silver flake.... then flames or scallops done in gloss of the same color green.
Allright, I've been putting off asking this because of the hazing but what are the wheels on the green Coupe called?
my 54 chevy
