My friend was wondering if anyone remembers seeing a '47-8 De Soto coupe that was in Seattle's Rainier Valley around 1958 to 1960? He use to see it while he was in school at Columbia Grade School in the Columbia City area of Seattle. This car was lowered and painted a beautiful shade of blue (like a '56 Dodge Royal Blue), and it had pin striping and scallops. As he remembers, it also had a white interior with '59 Dodge crab claw hubcaps. Does anyone remember this Washington car or who the owner was? It was such a nice car and a rare one too. He said that he has never seen any others fixed up like this one was.
I hope someone has some information about this De Soto coupe

I like to see it, too! Sounds Tasty.
