member cannot post

Got this in an email from Roger today:
Could you do me a Favor?
I cant post anything to the HAMB.
I get a message saying that the post is too short.
First time I got a complaint about being too short.
When I repost i get the same message.
I finally joined the HAMB and now I cant post anything.
Please send an e-mail to Ryan, with my problem
